Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell, and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.
Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Inter-Tel Japan (Inter-Tel) Online Store:
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Inter-Tel can be returned to Inter-Tel. Inter-Tel products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is undamaged, repackaged with all the cords, adapters, documentation, boxes and packaging that were included when you received it.
Ship your item back to Inter-Tel
All returns to Inter-Tel are at your own expense. Complete the return form located at the bottom of the packing slip that came with your order and include a copy of this form with your return. Pack the item carefully in the original packaging you received from us. Ship the item(s) to the address on the original shipping label or on the enclosed return label. If you are returning more than one item, please make sure that they were shipped from the same original location. Items must be returned to the shipping origin for credit to be issued accurately to the customer. Credit will be issued at the time the return is received in our warehouse. Refunds
Once we receive your item(s), a refund is initiated immediately. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you paid with a money order, cashier’s check or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a check from Inter-Tel, which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 10 days to receive your check from the time we receive your return.

You can use this form to send your request. Please include the words “Refund Information” in the subject line of the form. To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers.
