Overview

Inter-Tel Japan, K.K., was incorporated in 1993 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Inter-Tel, Inc., which was originally incorporated in Arizona in 1969. Capitalized at 100,000,000 JPY, we are well known as a hardware manufacturer and software platforms integration developer. We provide a wide range of managed services, including SIP voice, data, and video network design with convergence across multiple business communications platforms. We also provide cloud-based local and long distance calling services, global DID services, custom software application development, maintenance, leasing, and support services for all of our products. Our customers include business enterprises, government agencies and non-profit organizations. We supply and support the backbone of NTT’s VoIP networks through our Vocal’Net services. Through our apprenticeship training programs, we provide engineering training to financially challenged, but well-deserving youth. Many of our programs lead to permanent positions with our company. In August of 2007, Ottawa-based Mitel Networks Corporation merged with Inter-Tel Inc. Details of the $723 million dollar merger can be found here.
